What We Deliver to Clients:

Minor issues are resolved immediately on-site. Larger repairs are clearly scoped, quoted, and scheduled to avoid future failure or costly surprises.

How We Execute:

1. Perform small repairs on the spot at no extra charge (at inspector’s discretion).
2. Remove debris, unclog drains, and seal cracks.
3. For larger repairs:
   If it takes less than 4 hours, we complete the work at $100 per man-hour plus materials.
   If it’s more extensive, we issue a detailed scope of work and estimate.
   Mark, photograph, and communicate all major issues so clients fully understand what needs attention.

Key Point: We don’t just inspect and walk away—we fix what we can and build a plan for what we can’t.
